The following special group rate will be provided to anyone who calls in and uses the code JENKINS/SMITH WEDDING.  I can’t stress enough that you need to CALL … don’t use the online booking… and you’ll get the following rates. 

• $109.00 per night, for Executive Suites
• $540.00, per night for 4 bedroom Chestnut Hill Lodges
• $740.00, per night for 6 bedroom Chestnut Hill Lodges.
• All rates are subject to 12% tax.
• 10% resort service fee

One of the most awesome parts about Glade, is the on-site amenities.  We’ll have a shuttle to and from Weathered Ground Brewery, and there’s a bar within walking distance of lodging that’ll be open til the wee-hours.

We’ll be staying in an executive suite, but several folks are throwing in on a couple Chestnut Hill Lodges…so feel free to hit us up and get the details, or try to find a scenario that’s right for you.

To ensure your attendees receive the proper group rate, please have them call (877) 814-7316. At the time of making reservations, we will require a deposit equal to one night’s room, tax and resort service fee for each room reserved. Failure to check in or cancellation of Executive Suites within 7 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of individual deposits. Failure to check in or cancellation of Chestnut Hill Lodges within 14 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of individual deposits.
